She contributed to the success of Icon Brickell, including a notable 10-unit bulk sale in her first year, and played an integral role in the complete sellout of Marquis Condominium.

 

As part of the exclusive two-person sales team at The Miami Beach EDITION Residences, she co-closed a record-setting $34 million penthouse transaction. Kathi later surpassed $17 million in annual sales at 1 Hotel and Homes, earning a Gold Sales Award and promotion to Sales Director.

 

Today, based in Jupiter, Florida, Kathi represents buyers and sellers throughout Palm Beach County, combining her luxury development background with deep local market expertise.
